Okay just got off the phone with em. Apparently if you never made a GameFly account before a made the purchase, they just want to make sure you are who you say you are and weren't hacked or something. They asked me for my email on the account, payment method, billing address, and my phone number. So yeah all you need to do is call support before 10/4 to secure your order!

Anyone get an email from GameFly saying you have to call in to secure your order? Seems a bit un orthodox but it might be bot protection I guess
